What to expect
Plaza Mahou is a space of about 700 square metres inside the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, opened by the brewer Mahou San Miguel, a sponsor of Real Madrid. Mahou is a Madrid company, founded in the city in 1890 by the sons of Casimiro Mahou.
The space has its own beer factory, with an annual output of around 30,000 litres. Visitors can taste Mahou's different brands, including the one brewed in the same building, try pulling a pint themselves and enjoy views of the inside of the stadium. It is close to Gate 54 and works well for football fans or anyone interested in how beer is made.
